The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is searching for vendors with the capability to de-install, relocate, re-install and dispose of sterilizers at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. VAMC. The vendor is responsible for all labor, shipping and handling, and parts needed to perform this request. All interested responsible sources must submit a brief summary of their capabilities to this office by 10:00 a.m. Local Time on Monday, July 6th to include a detailed description of the firm s experience in de-installation, relocation, reinstallation and disposal of the below equipment, DUNS number, name and phone number of a point of contact in case further information is needed. Summaries must be submitted via email to Eileen.Meyer@va.gov. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes to determine availability of qualified vendors and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. The procurement will be competed under NACIS 811219.
