The Government anticipates award of a commercial item, firm-fixed (unit) price, contract to the a verified service-disabled Veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) whose offer conforms to all stated term, conditions, representations, certifications and any other information required by the solicitation, and provides the best value to the Government. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) 238220 is $16.5 Million. All Contractors who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide an offer. Contractors are reminded to provide a completed offer as required by FAR 52.212-1 and addendum, as well as, completion of the Offer Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items of the solicitation at FAR 52.212-3 and online through www.sam.gov.
