The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to issue Solicitation 36C25220Q0482 for Roof Tieback Testing and Inspection services at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison, Wi. It is anticipated that the RFQ will be issued on or around April 17, 2020. The contractor shall provide all services for Tieback Testing and Inspection. The contractor shall make these services available to the VA as needed. The VA intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract for a base plus four (4) option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238190.
