This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of companies that can perform the following: The Hines VA Hospital (located in Hines, IL) would like to procure a FastPak Service Agreement at the Hines VA Hospital. Please respond if you can provide the products with the following general specifications: FastPak Elite 520 Background This maintenance contract is to provide maintenance/support on our FastPak Elite 520 and 2 Lower Packaging Systems. Also, to provide maintenance/support, including labor, all parts, 24 hours, 7 days a week remote/phone support, 2 Preventative Maintenance. Objectives Provide 24 hours, 7 days a week phone/remote support and a 8am to 11pm local time on site repair service. Respond to calls within 30 min, and on-site service 4 hours. Scope Provide maintenance/support, including labor, all parts, 24 hours, 7 days a week remote/phone support, 2 Preventative Maintenance. Tasks or Requirements Specialized training on ABTG products and software is required to service and support the FastPak Elite 520 product. Provide 24 hours, 7 days a week phone/remote support and a 8am to 11pm local time on site repair service. Access to patient information is not required. Deliverables or Deliver Schedule 24 x 7 Telephone Support - 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year Telephone support provided by trained Client Support Engineer Remote diagnostics, including patches, software downloads Unlimited Support Requests 8am to 11pm On Site Support 8 a.m. 11 p.m. CST , Monday thru Sunday and Federal Holidays Onsite service provided by trained Field Service Technician Includes all labor, travel and parts cost Unlimited On Site Service Requests In-house training for repairs, troubleshooting and diagnostics A call summary form is left with contact person upon completion of work and includes the call number, description of resolution, arrival time, completion time, hours worked, and parts used. This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation currently exists. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submissions will not be returned to the sender.
