This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of Service-Disabled Small Businesses and Small Businesses that can perform the following: The William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital (located in Madison, WI) has a need to contract with a 1 day Nurse Leadership Trainee vendor. The Vendor will be needed April 2020 at the Madison, WI VA Hospital Services include: This full-day workshop, for up to 30 nurse leader participants includes: All Workshop materials, a book for each participant and program workbook. A pre-conference online assessment of participants to gauge their current coaching skills and challenges. Pre-conference phone interviews with 5-10 nurse leaders in our organization to design coaching scenarios that reflect challenges experienced by leaders in our organization. Requirements: To ensure current Nursing Staff with the Wm. S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital have experienced Nurse Mangers we need to invest in our Nurse Management Team by providing the opportunity for these Nurse Managers to attend this workshop to enhance their current leadership skills. By obtaining this contact we would then be able to fulfill this requirement. If the Nursing Service is unable to provide this workshop opportunity an increased cost to the organization would occur if we are to send each manager to a separate training event. Scope: The scope of service is for to allow Rose O. Sherman to conduct a one-day Nurse Leader Coach Workshop for up to 30 nurse Leader participants. If approved, the facility will then be better able to ensure current Nursing Staff with the Wm. S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital have experienced Nurse Mangers with desirable leadership skills. Deliverables/Deliver Schedule: Receipt of the document Accreditation Application fee. This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation currently exists. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submissions will not be returned to the sender.
