Responses to this sources-sought announcement will be used by the Government to make an appropriate decision whether to set-aside this project under the Vets First Authority at 38 USC 8127(d). The work is to be performed at the Oscar G Johnson VA Medical Center, 325 East H Street, Iron Mountain, MI. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $100,000.00 and $200,000.00. Project requires the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and insurance to Upgrade Outbuilding Heating Systems located on the 5th floor of the hospital. Project duration is 45 days following Notice to Proceed. Work is anticipated to be performed primarily in the Spring and Summer. Interested sources shall submit the following: 1. Indicate the primary nature of your business, any teaming agreements or arrangements, self- performance and intentions of subcontracting program, including Set-Asides; 3.
