In accordance with GSAM 570.106, I certify that although the subject procurement is exempt from the publicizing requirements of FAR 5.202 that at the maximum extent practicable, at least three (3) sources were sought in an effort to promote competition in accordance with GSAM 570.203-2 or when otherwise required by GSAM 570. Market Research was held on 1/3/2018, in accordance with GSAM 570.203-1 or as otherwise required in GSAM 570. Attached is copy of the Market Research Report to the subject procurement.
