The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is searching for vendors with the capability to provide support for inspection and maintenance of portable fire extinguishers and semi-annual inspections of kitchen fire suppression hood systems located at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center, 325 East H. Street, Iron Mountain, MI 49801. The vendor must be able to meet all the minimum requirements as stated in the statement of work listed below. Interested responsible sources must submit a summary of their capabilities to this office by 0900 LOCAL TIME Wednesday, October 2, 2019. The statement must include a detailed description of the firm s experience in maintaining equipment, DUNS number, name and phone number of a point of contact in case further information is needed. If the vendor is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), the vendor must provide proof of certification by submitting the Veteran Information Pages (VIP) document.
