The Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, WI is searching for vendors with the capability to provide an inspection of several boilers (3) at The Tomah VA Medical. Currently, the Tomah VAMC has an existing Boiler Plant containing three (3) boilers. Each year these boilers must be tested, tuned, serviced and certified. After these requirements are completed, a follow-on third party inspection and certification has to follow per VA Directive 1810. WI. The Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, WI is issuing this Sources Sought notice. Interested responsible sources must submit a summary of their capabilities to this office by 9:00am CST on Tuesday, September 3, 2019, to include detailed description of the firm s experience in conducting testing, tuning, servicing, inspecting and certifications of an industrial Boiler, DUNS number, name and phone number of a point of contact in case further information is needed. Summaries must be submitted via email to Della.Bond@va.gov. This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes to determine availability of qualified vendors and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this sources sought that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. The procurement will be completed under NAICS 541350.
