The Government is requesting that VIP-Verified SDVOSB sources please provide a quote if it can provide the products and services with the following general specifications: Salient Characteristics: Be low air loss Fit on a Versacare bed frame Must be at least 84" long Must be at least 35" wide Must be at least 8" high Have weight limit of 500lbs (matches bed frame) Meet flammability restrictions for hospital use Boston IX-11, CAL 129, 16CFR1633, 16CFR1632, CAN/CGSB 4.2#27.7 Must have turn assist function Must have max inflate function Must have emergency function for CPR treatment modality Must function with bed frame for bed exit alarm settings Have air supply pump with footboard hangers Not be more than 30lbs for lifting safety PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT FOR MORE PRODUCT INFORMATION. YOU MUST MEET ALL SPECS ON ATTACHMENT IN ORDER TO QUOTE. YOU MUST ATTACH YOUR PRODUCT LITERATURE, SPEC SHEET, AND WARRANTY INFORMATION IN ORDER FOR YOUR QUOTE TO BE CONSIDERED. ALL CHARGES MUST BE LISTED SEPARATELY ON YOUR QUOTE LIKE SHIPPING/HANDLING, ETC. The NAICS code 339113, Surgical Appliances and Supplies Manufacturing is applicable to this acquisition; the size standard is 750 employees. Interested firms are remined that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. The Government will use responses to this notice to make an appropriate acquisition decision. Responses are due to be submitted by email to Diane Sack atdiane.sack@va.gov. The information requested must be received no later than 2100 CST on Friday September 13, 2019.
