The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is searching for vendors with the capability to provide maintenance on automatic doors and entrances manufactured by Dor-O-Matic, Gyrotech, HT, Astro, Record, Dorma, LCN, Tormax, Stanley and Horton. The vendor is responsible to supply qualified/certified technicians to provide inspections, testing, preventative maintenance and any required corrective maintenance at Milwaukee VA Medical Center campus, Milwaukee, WI. Vendor must be able to supply parts, including Tormax brand. All interested, responsible sources must submit a summary of their capabilities to this office by Noon Central on FRIDAY FEBRUARY 15, 2019 to include detailed description of the firm s experience in maintaining automatic doors and entrances, DUNS number, name and phone number of a point of contact in case further information is needed. Summaries must be submitted via email to susan.pasholk@va.gov. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes to determine availability of qualified vendors and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. The procurement will be competed under NACIS 238290.
