Bell School Road West Boundary Perryville Road Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft.: 4000 Maximum Usable Sq. Ft. 3500 Space Type: Office space for Vet Center Parking Spaces (Total): 16 on-site Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Occupancy Required By: 11/19/2019(tentative) The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous; otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. The Government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, etc., when deciding whether it should relocate. Space must be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant), with 16 on-site parking spaces. The space preferred will be first-floor contiguous, but will consider other floor levels with working elevators as long as ADA compliant.
