The contractor will provide ANSI/AAMI ST108:2023 water testing for Sterile Processing Service at the Marion, Fort Wayne, and Jackie Walorski VA sites. Services include labor, materials, equipment, transportation, lodging, supervision, sample collection and lab delivery, monthly conductivity/resistivity meter calibration, water analysis reports, monthly/quarterly/yearly and performance qualification testing, follow-up testing, web-based reporting access, and consultative support. The contractor will also serve as subject matter expert on ST108 water testing and corrective actions, and must report outliers within 24 hours of receiving laboratory results. Onsite testing is to be performed on the first Federal working day of the month during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.
