The VA seeks an independent third-party Commissioning Agent to provide comprehensive commissioning services for roof and lightning protection replacement/repair at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center, including the main and Fort Thomas Campuses and specified buildings/trailers, covering approximately 231,000 sq ft. Selection will consider professional qualifications, specialized experience and technical competence (including energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction, and recovered materials), capacity, past performance, local-area knowledge, and commitment to using SDVOSB/VOSB/other small-business subcontractors.
