The project is intended to reduce emergency maintenance, improve facility operations, and provide proper protection. Evaluation will consider professional qualifications, specialized experience and technical competence, capacity, past performance, location/knowledge of the project area, construction-period services experience, and commitment to using SDVOSB/VOSB/other small-business subcontractors.
