The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center requires a firm-fixed-price service contract to inspect and test boiler controls for three hot water condensing boilers and provide device-level documentation sufficient for VA, Joint Commission, NFPA, and AHJ review. The contract is anticipated to have a 1-year base period from December 22, 2026 through December 21, 2027, plus four 1-year option periods, with ultimate completion anticipated by December 21, 2031. The VA plans to issue the solicitation on or about November 2, 2026, with award anticipated before December 22, 2026. This procurement is 100% set aside for SDVOSB concerns; offerors must be SBA-certified SDVOSBs and small under the assigned NAICS code, and non-SDVOSB offers will be rejected.
