This project replaces part of the campus water loop piping and isolation valves and installs a water booster pump powered by a new emergency power branch in Building 22. The emergency power work includes new wiring/conduits from Building 19, a new automatic transfer switch and panelboard, and replacement of a non-code-compliant emergency power distribution panel. Excavation will disturb asphalt roads, parking lots, concrete sidewalks/curbing, and landscaping, all of which must be patched or replaced as shown and repaired. Work must be phased to maintain campus access and water service, with any building water shutdowns coordinated with the COR. Period of performance is 300 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
