This opportunity covers the full demolition of the existing water softener system and its replacement with a new basis-of-design Culligan CSM 540-3 ASME Duplex Water Softener System. The work includes removing existing softener tanks, brine tank, valves, piping, and controls, followed by rigging and installation of the new system. All necessary mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work is required, along with integration into the existing domestic water and mechanical systems. The contractor must perform system testing, startup coordination with Culligan, commissioning, and staff training. All work must comply with VA Master Spec 22 31 11, related VA sections, and manufacturer requirements.
