Ohio Wide Water Testing
The VA seeks a 100% SDVOSB set-aside, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contractor to provide water testing sample collection, analysis, and results management for government-owned overnight-stay buildings primarily in Cincinnati, Chillicothe, Columbus, Cleveland, and Dayton, Ohio. The work includes routine weekly, monthly, and quarterly testing plus additional and retesting performed via task orders between the contractor and Contracting Officer. Offerors must use the Price/Cost Excel sheet with the RFQ document and review all attachments to understand the required tests. Questions must be emailed to the contracting POCs by 9/23/26 at 2:00 PM EST. No site visits will be held.
