The contractor must provide complete construction services to replace outdated ceiling lift systems with new Arjo Maxi Sky 600 patient lifts in the Spinal Cord Injury unit at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center. The project includes demolition, installation of ceiling tracks, electrical connections, and functional testing, with coordination required to minimize disruption to patient care. All work will be performed at 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220-2637. The estimated budget for this construction project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. The period of performance is 180 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
