This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside seeking SF330 submissions for Architect/Engineer design services to renovate the PACU and Cath Lab, including commissioning services, at the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center in Cleveland, OH. The contract will be firm-fixed-price with an estimated construction cost of $16,000,000 and a performance period of 220 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed. Services cover programming, design, site investigation, asbestos testing, construction documents, cost estimates, and construction administration. Evaluation will prioritize specialized experience and technical competence (40%), professional qualifications (25%), and past performance (15%), with additional weight on capacity, construction period services, geographic location, and SDVOSB subcontracting.
