This project involves renovating 22,000 square feet of the operating room suite, including a new HVAC system, at the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center in Cleveland, OH. The estimated budget is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Performance of services will take place at the Louis Stokes VAMC, 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision, with work coordinated through the VA Contracting Officer and COR. Evaluation will be based on past performance and price.
