Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a solicitation for an Architect/Engineer firm to provide 100% design services to replace and add security cameras at the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, Marion Campus in Marion, IN. The project has a construction budget of $812,000. The A/E firm is responsible for the full design, including schematic design through construction documents, and must provide construction administration services. The design schedule is estimated to be 180 days to complete all design phases. The A/E must also employ an independent third-party construction cost estimator and a commissioning agent.
