The Department of Veterans Affairs’ VISN 10 Optical Fabrication Laboratory, located in Indianapolis, Indiana, fabricates eyeglasses for eligible VA beneficiaries. These eyeglasses are provided to dispensaries within VA medical centers and other locations throughout VISN 10 and VISN 12. To perform this work, the laboratory needs eyeglass frames for constructing eyeglasses. The VA intends to solicit offers and award multiple contracts for eyeglass frames on a competitive basis through this RFP.
