The Government intends to award a sole-source procurement to PTW North America Corporation for a Beamscan Water Phantom and supplementary items supporting the Dayton VA Medical Center in Dayton, OH. The requirement is being solicited from only one source under RFO 12.102(a), and the Government will negotiate directly with PTW North America Corporation. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability, and any response must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government on future procurements.
