The VA seeks a firm-fixed-price, small-business set-aside quote for one FDA-cleared Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) system for treating Major Depressive Disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder. The system must be non-invasive, support a flat purchase model with no pay-per-use fees, include upgradeable protocols and Theraburst stimulation, use a liquid-cooled coil for high throughput, and operate with low acoustic noise. The contractor must provide onsite installation and training, ongoing technical and marketing support, documentation, warranty, and OEM-authorized distribution with new items only. Materials and parts will be delivered FOB destination to the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th St., Indianapolis, IN 46202. Quotes will be evaluated comparatively under simplified acquisition procedures, and offerors must provide the required technical description, Buy American certificate, SAM representations/certifications, and terms acceptance.
