VA IT requires purchase, installation, and network connection of two Cisco Webex Room Kit Pro PTZ 4K-equivalent systems with audience- and presenter-facing PTZ cameras, one for the Large LRC and one for the Small LRC. The contractor must integrate VA-provided equipment with existing AV monitors, speakers, microphones, and control systems; bidders may assume reuse of existing speakers and wiring, with broken components replaced outside this contract, and must include a new lectern and control boxes for monitors, speakers, and microphones. Large LRC requirements include one wired mic, two wireless lavaliers, overhead audience mics, two handheld mics, and front/rear touch panels, while the Small LRC requires two handheld mics, two wireless lavaliers, overhead mics, and a touch panel near the computer. Cisco equipment is required and Crestron is not acceptable; acceptance will be via COR sign-off after Education Staff training and initial use. VA IT estimates the Cisco equipment will be on site within 60 days, and although the stated period of performance ends December 31, 2026, the answer estimates realistic completion in late spring 2027 following purchase, off-site setup, tear down, install, programming, and training.

This amendment concerns a non-mandatory site visit at the Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center, 420 N. James Road, Columbus, OH 43219. Attendees must meet inside the front entrance at the Volunteer Services Information Desk by 1:45 p.m. local time on September 16, 2026, with the site visit running from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Questions must be emailed to Contracting Officer Gina P.
