This is a sources sought/RFI, not a solicitation, for a turnkey Audio-Visual system upgrade of the CARES B Conference Room at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center. The contractor will decommission legacy AV equipment, integrate existing and owner-furnished gear, and provide/install new components including PTZ cameras, wireless microphone systems, ceiling microphone arrays, DSP, amplifiers, a Crestron control system, and an equipment rack. The upgraded system must support Microsoft Teams hybrid conferencing, multi-camera video, advanced audio processing, and centralized control. The place of performance is Cleveland VAMC, 10701 East Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44106. Vendors should indicate business size, country of manufacture, and OEM/distributor status.
