The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from qualified sources capable of providing two brand-name Evident (formerly Olympus) BX43-1-3 cytology microscopes with accessories, including a True Color LED light source, for the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center's Pathology & Laboratory Management Services Cytology Section. This is a sources sought/RFI for planning purposes only, not a solicitation, and is issued under NAICS 339112 for small business market research. The contractor must provide OEM-manufactured, fully compatible components, on-site installation, training, calibration, and a minimum one-year warranty, with seamless integration into the existing BX-series fleet. Interested parties should submit their capabilities, business size status, and product information as directed; no remanufactured or gray market items will be accepted. The government will use responses to make acquisition decisions, and a future solicitation may be published separately.
