This is a sources sought/RFI for market research only, not a solicitation, seeking qualified sources for local reference laboratory testing services—including STAT/time-sensitive, Anatomic Pathology, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, and Hematology—for the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center. Services will be performed at 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The contractor must provide 24/7 testing, STAT and time-sensitive results within one hour of pickup, routine results within two days, and courier pickup within 30 minutes for STAT requests. The contract would include one base year plus four one-year option years. Interested respondents must demonstrate relevant experience, business size, and CLIA/CAP accreditation in their capability statement.
