The Veterans Administration is conducting market research through a Sources Sought Notice to identify qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and/or Veteran Owned Small Businesses capable of performing Integrated Pest Management services. Services will cover all buildings and grounds at the Saginaw VA Medical Center, located at 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, Michigan 48602. The potential contract would include one base year from November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027, plus four one-year options. The contractor would provide all labor, supplies, equipment, and supervision for scheduled inspections, treatments, and on-demand pest elimination services. Interested firms must submit a capabilities statement and answer specific questions to be considered in the government’s market research and potential set-aside decisions.
