This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research only, not a solicitation. The VA seeks Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and/or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) to perform exterior cleaning services at the Chalmers P. Wylie Veterans Outpatient Clinic, located at 420 N. James Road, Columbus, Ohio. The work includes cleaning approximately 126,560 square feet of glass windows, anodized aluminum sidings, limestone panels, second floor glassed roof, and atrium glass twice a year. The potential contract would include a base year from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, plus four one-year option periods, and the contractor must provide a cleaning schedule within 30 days of award. Interested firms must submit a capabilities statement and answer specific questions.
