This is a Sources Sought notice for market research only, not a solicitation, seeking qualified contractors for Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) services at the Chillicothe Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Chillicothe, Ohio. The contractor would develop, implement, and annually review graphical LOTO procedures for equipment, including placards, binders, asset labeling, and training, covering 137 initial assets expanding up to 454. Performance would include a base year plus four one-year options (total five years), with work scheduled during normal business hours. Contractors must demonstrate experience with OSHA/ANSI LOTO programs, and work must comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 and related standards. The VA is not seeking pricing or offers at this time, and responses are voluntary.
