This is a sources sought notice for market research, not a solicitation. The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN, requires preventative maintenance on five York centrifugal chillers and associated variable frequency drives, including refrigerant leak monitoring. A firm-fixed price contract with a 1-year base period (November 1, 2026 – October 31, 2027) and two 1-year options is anticipated. All work will be performed at the medical center located at 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Contractors must have technicians certified by York, Toshiba, NATE, and under Section 608 of the Clean Air Act, with at least three years of relevant experience.
