This is a sources sought notice to identify businesses capable of repairing an elevator at the Dayton VAMC, located at 4100 W. 3rd St, Dayton, OH 45428. The elevator, manufactured by OTIS, has a damaged I/O board that must be repaired and a CPU that must be replaced. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and services, including packaging and shipment for the I/O board repair, and perform adjustments and a full fire recall test upon completion. All work must comply with ASME A17.1 Safety Code and be performed by technicians certified to service OTIS elevators.
