The contractor will perform coordinated maintenance, emergency response, and water quality analysis services for sterile processing systems at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center, with all work approved and scheduled through the Engineering COR. Deliveries and first maintenance must occur within 30 days of contract award, with monthly service visits in the first week of each month and quarterly PM visits in the first week of each quarter. Service and water quality reports are due via email within five business days of a visit (or within three days of receiving lab results). Work is performed during normal weekday shifts (8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., excluding federal holidays), and the period of performance is a base year plus four option years. Evaluation focuses on maintenance experience, emergency response capability, laboratory qualifications, sampling procedures, and familiarity with AAMI ST108 and water treatment technologies.
