The Dayton Veterans Administration Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio, seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive water management services for its facility's various water systems under a firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and four one-year options. The scope of work includes continuous Legionella protection, monitoring, chemical treatment, preventative maintenance, and emergency response for systems including domestic water, boilers, chillers, and ice machines. The period of performance is a base period plus four option years, beginning April 8, 2026. All services will be performed at the VA Medical Center located at 4100 W. Third Street in Dayton, Ohio.
