This is a requirement for pharmaceutical reverse distribution services at seven VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System pharmacy locations. The contractor will perform on-site identification, preparation, and shipment of expired pharmaceuticals for manufacturer credit, as well as compliant destruction of non-returnable items. Services will be provided through recurring on-site visits to all seven locations. The contract will use a firm-fixed, flat-fee pricing model per site visit, which is not based on commissions or credit value. The performance location is specifically the VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System.
