This is a contract for comprehensive annual and semi-annual preventive maintenance, load testing, and emergency services for emergency generators and automatic transfer switches at a healthcare campus in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The required services include two periodic services, one annual maintenance, and 24-hour emergency callback support. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials. The work must be performed on-site at the Northern Indiana Health Care Systems Fort Wayne Campus.
