Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a new, SDVOSB-set-aside contract for virtual pharmacist services to perform clinical order verification for prescriptions received directly from providers within VA VISN 10. The period of performance is set to begin in mid-February, with contractor onboarding and training requirements to be completed by the end of March 2026. Services will be performed remotely, with credentialing completed virtually at each facility and PIV processing at the nearest VA location. The contract is an IDIQ with no guaranteed minimum quantity, and payment will be per prescription processed regardless of the time of day. There are no page limits for proposal submissions, and past performance can be demonstrated with a minimum of three final CPARS reports in lieu of the questionnaire.
