This solicitation is for servicing and providing preventatitve maintenance for Mar Cor hemodialysis equipment. Services to be provided by contractor under this contract shall include furnishing preventive maintenance, parts, labor, intervening service calls/emergency repairs, lodging, technical telephone assistance, expert supervision and all other allied costs required to maintain and repair the subject equipment. Service must be provided by an OEM-certified technician and must use certified OEM parts. Service shall be performed per the OEM’s manual and instructions to maintain the equipment’s FDA 510K certification. Since OEM part numbers are routinely updated the part numbers listed within this statement of work may not be accurate and should not be used for developing pricing. Amendment 1 - Item 5001 is added to section B.3.
