This project involves comprehensive repairs to the Fort Thomas Domiciliary building envelope, including a parapet roof and a front patio accent wall. The scope includes structural repairs, waterproofing, electrical grounding, and finishing, with a primary focus on approximately 700 linear feet of roof penthouses and about 870 square feet of patio base. Work must be performed using a phased approach at the Ft. Thomas location to minimize disruption to facility operations. The contractor will coordinate with the COR to schedule any necessary utility shutdowns, closures, or weekend work.

This construction project requires general contracting surveys, and minor demolition of existing conditions, structural framing, waterproofing, electrical grounding and finishing services. This includes but is not limited to water infiltration, structural failure, lightning damage, and protection from environmental hazards such as moisture penetration, energy inefficiencies, and potential safety hazards.
