The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center located at 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 is soliciting and intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Sterile Processing Services (SPS) Water Testing Indianapolis. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to collect water and steam samples the test the samples from the SPS Department at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center. This procurement is unrestricted and open to all business sizes. Anticipated award date is November 10, 2025, for a base period plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Anticipated period of performance (POP) is November 15, 2025 through November 14, 2026. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about October 1, 2025. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.SAM.gov. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment.
