The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center located at 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 is soliciting and intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Reverse Osmosis Sanitation Services. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to sanitize the reverse osmosis systems at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center Campus. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to SDVOSB concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Anticipated award date is October 1, 2025, for a base period plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about July 29, 2025. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.SAM.gov. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist at the following e-mail address: Courtney.Seevers@va.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. (EDT) August 4, 2025.
