The Battle Creek VA Medical Center located at 5500 Armstrong Rd, Battle Creek, MI 49037 is soliciting and intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Laundry Equipment Preventative Maintenance and Inspection. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to inspect, and perform maintenance on the laundry equipment at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Small Business concerns. Offers from other than Small Business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Anticipated award date is October 1, 2025, for a base period plus one (1) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 01, 2025. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.SAM.gov. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment.
