The Department of Veterans Affairs requires diagnostic, repair, and verification of Boiler #2's water level sensor, control programming, and control valves CV1 and CV3, along with tuning of Boilers 1, 2, and 3 to ensure efficient operation within specification ranges. This will be a new sole-source firm-fixed-price contract awarded to Analytical & Combustion Systems (ACS) due to the proprietary software system and the need to minimize disruption to patient care. Performance will take place at the Chalmers P Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center in Columbus, Ohio. The vendor, ACS, is the authorized distributor and service provider for the facility's boiler system.
