The contractor will provide complete construction services for the Correct Imaging Tower Deficiencies project at the Cincinnati VAMC, including a full roof replacement, lead-lined door replacement, and a dedicated ductless split system for cooling. All work must be completed within 180 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. The project budget is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Performance of services will occur at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio. This solicitation is set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) concerns.
