The work involves comprehensive renovation for site security across multiple buildings at the VA Cincinnati Site, including general construction, electrical, and demolition work. Some tasks must be performed outside normal business hours due to required utility and roadway shutdowns. The government anticipates issuing a solicitation on or about March 13, 2026.
