This project requires the complete delivery of a fully operational, code-compliant, negative-pressure Hazardous Drug Storage Room for a VA pharmacy. The contractor is responsible for all aspects of the project, including demolition, construction, systems integration, and commissioning. The final system must meet all VA safety, infection control, ventilation, and security requirements. The contractor must verify the site and coordinate all work based on the provided contract documents.

The Department of Veterans Affairs requires the renovation of an existing storage closet into a code-compliant, secure, negative-pressure Hazardous Drug Storage Room with associated building system modifications at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center. The government anticipates issuing a solicitation on or about February 13th, 2026. To be eligible, an offeror must be a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under the relevant NAICS code at the time of bid submission and award.
