Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This project is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses to renovate approximately 13,000 square feet for an Inpatient Mental Health Clinic at the Dayton VA Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. The work involves converting double-occupancy rooms into private rooms with bathrooms, upgrading infrastructure and mechanical systems, and creating staff and public areas. The estimated project budget is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. All work must be completed within 245 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation documents will be posted on www.sam.gov on or about April 16, 2026.
